Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product, you may request an exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, labels, accessories, manuals, and the purchase invoice must be included.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging must be shared with our Customer Support Team for verification.
  • The exchange request must be made for products purchased directly from the Decent Appliances & Kitchenware website.

How to Request an Exchange

To request an exchange:

  • Contact our Customer Support Team with your Order ID and product details.
  • Share clear photographs of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will review your request and confirm exchange eligibility.
  • Once approved, we will arrange pickup and dispatch the replacement product based on availability.

Damaged, Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive a damaged product, an incorrect item, or your order is incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please provide:

  • Your Order ID.
  • Photographs of the product and its packaging.
  • A brief description of the issue.

After verification, we will arrange an exchange or refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Return Policy

Return requests are accepted within 2 days of receiving the product under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product has a verified manufacturing defect.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • All original packaging, accessories, labels, and invoice must be included.
  • Photographs of the product and packaging must be submitted for verification.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Share the required photographs and purchase details.
  • Once your request is approved, we will arrange a pickup wherever service is available.
  • If pickup is unavailable in your location, you may be requested to return the product through a reliable courier service.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our Quality Assurance Team.

Approved refunds are applicable in cases where:

  • A manufacturing defect is confirmed.
  • An incorrect product was delivered.
  • The replacement product is unavailable.

Refunds will be credited using the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Cash refunds are not available.

Refund Processing Time

  • Returned products are inspected within 2–3 business days after receipt.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturing defect, the following charges are non-refundable:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) charges, if applicable.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.
